BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • When booking more than 30 days in advance, we will take a deposit via credit card payment, equivalent to the cost of one night's accommodation to secure your reservation.

  • 30 days before your arrival, we will contact you to arrange payment for the remaining balance of your stay using your credit card.

  • For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment via credit card will be required at the time of booking.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you need to cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, the initial one-night deposit will be forfeited.

  • Once full payment has been made and a cancellation is made within 30 days, a refund will not apply.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

  • Upon arrival a credit card preauthorisation will be required to the value of $200.00

  • Any substantial damage will be assessed post check out to the property. Please see below for indicative damage/repair costings that may be charged.

    • Noise/nuisance call out: $200.00

    • Evidence of use as a party venue: $500.00

    • Deodorising due to smoking: $300.00

    • Lost keys or TV or Air Con remote: $200.00

    • Excessive cleaning: $150.00

    • Excessive rubbish removal: $100.00

    • Damages, breakages and theft: Charged at the cost of repair or replacement.

  • We recommend bringing comfortable clothes for activities, swimwear (seasonal), enclosed shoes, sun protection, and any personal items you'll need. Bedding and towels are provided in the villa.

  • Yes! Our instructors customise activities to suit all ages and abilities. Please let us know the ages of children when booking so we can prepare appropriate adventures.

  • We offer alternative indoor activities or covered outdoor options in case of inclement weather, ensuring your family still enjoys a great experience.

  • While the villa has a fully equipped kitchen, we can arrange catering options for an additional fee. Please mention this in your enquiry.

  • Yes, our property is designed with families in mind, though parental supervision is required during free time.
